A single private session or beginner's clinic will teach you the basics of deep water running and show you how to customize workouts for your personal needs.
Follow-up private sessions or group classes will introduce you to the incredible variety of running workouts that you can do in the water. You can do long, easy runs, threshold-pace intervals, or high-intensity sprint and track workouts.
A classic full-body DWR workout includes high-intensity running intervals and threshold pace runs alternating with resistance, flexibility, and recovery drills . You can also choose from a variety of workout types depending on your fitness goals: simulated track workouts, hill workouts, 5ks/10ks, obstacles courses, etc.
A well-designed deep water running workout will challenge and energize your body, mind, and spirit and help you reach your personal fitness goals!
